TEXTILES GALLERY

This was a textiles project i completed in 2020 as a part of my Design & Technology major work. My aim was to create a garment that used recycled materials in a high fashion garment bringing awareness to the effects that plastic pollution has on our waters by creating a marine inspired design. I utilised various machine embroidery techniques to turn plastic waste into a high fashion wearable garment.
